Early Break Down is not permitted without prior permission from eventPower. Exhibitors who break down early may be charged a $1,000 fine. Please book your travel accordingly.

Lead Retrieval Services

Lead Retrievals are available for rent. Scanned data will include all contact information the attendee provides during registration inclusive of email addresses (when provided).

Cost to Rent:
- First App Download: $195
- Each Additional App Download: $45
- Rent Device from eventPower: $395

Pricing is subject to change.

Reservations for Lead Retrievals can be made through your company portal.

Trade Show Personnel Registration Process

All Trade Show Sponsor and Exhibitor personnel must register to receive the appropriate badge.

How to Register: Please register all attending personnel (including booth staff) in your Company Portal under the Registration Tab. Sponsor and Exhibitor personnel registration is not available on the Summit website. Participants who are a contracted sponsor/exhibitor will be e-mailed a link to their Company Portal. The portal will list the appropriate number of complimentary or discounted registrations that were agreed upon in the contract. Each person who will be attending must register for a badge. No comped passes will be accepted at on-site registration. Trade Show Exhibitors will have the option to upgrade their Booth Staff Passes to Full Summit Passes at a discounted rate of $500 per pass.

Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: Friday, February 14th, 2020

Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.
